About plans and usage.
What counts as an entry?
One bill is one entry. It is counted when its draft entry is ready for your review, even if you have not sent it to Tally yet. One bank statement page is one page. For Excel and CSV statements, every 40 rows count as one page, and an image counts as one page.
Can I use it for many clients?
Yes. One login covers all your clients. Starter includes up to 2 clients, Growth up to 5, and Larger practice plans have no client limit. Both tools share one monthly pool across clients.
What happens when I run out?
Buy a top-up: ₹1.50 per extra entry or ₹0.75 per extra statement page, in packs of 200, valid for one year. Or move to a bigger plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans renew automatically, and you can stop renewal any time before the renewal date. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you charge GST?
No. Relievv is not registered under GST yet, so no GST is charged. If that changes, GST will be shown before you pay.
