What counts as an entry?
One bill is one entry. It is counted when its draft entry is ready for your review, even if you have not sent it to Tally yet. One bank statement page is one page. For Excel and CSV statements, every 40 rows count as one page, and an image counts as one page.
Does it work with my Tally version?
Relievv posts to TallyPrime through the Relievv Tally Connector, a small app that runs on the computer where Tally is open. Turn on ODBC in Tally (F12), open your company, and the connector does the rest.
Can it read handwritten bills?
Yes. Handwritten tax invoices, kachha bills and cash memos are read the same way as printed invoices. Clear, well-lit photos work best, and anything Relievv is unsure about is flagged for you to check.
Does it handle stock items?
Yes. Purchase bills can be posted item-wise with stock items, HSN and quantity. Missing stock items can be created from the review screen.
Is my data safe?
Data moves over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections. Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 24 hours after processing, and the contents of your documents are never used to train models. See our Security page and Privacy Policy for the details.
